Andrea Boatwright, DPT
Andrea was born and raised in Yucaipa, a small city in Southern California. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from CSU San Bernardino before continuing on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2021. Prior to joining our team, she spent her first two years in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Southern California. Andrea has pursued continuing education in manual therapy techniques, and she has received a certificate in Spinal Manipulation. She wants to continue her studies in various manual treatment techniques. In her free time, Andrea likes to go metal detecting with her husband and exploring with their two German Shepherd dogs. She also enjoys staying active either playing on a recreational softball team or practicing jiu jitsu.
Salvador Benavides, PTA
Sal is originally from Gerber and previously served in the US Army for 3 ½ years. After returning from deployment, he moved back to CA where he attended Butte College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Kinesiology before continuing on to earn his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Sacramento City College in 2024. As a PTA at Live Oak PT, Sal utilizes manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and modalities in order to help people achieve their individual goals and improve their quality of life. In his free time, he likes staying active playing in recreational sports, taking trips with his wife and children, and teaching his two daughters about sports and sportsmanship.
Katrina, PT Tech
Katrina is a native of Live Oak and grew up attending school in the area. As a PT Tech, she greatly enjoys helping each patient throughout their rehabilitation process and supporting them as they achieve their goals. When Katrina is not at work, she likes spending time with her family as well as working in her garden.
Kimberly, PT Tech
Kimberly moved from the Bay Area to Biggs in 2013 to be closer to family. She enjoys working as a PT Tech and helping patients to achieve their goals. In her free time, Kimberly likes to go camping and kayaking with her family.
Simar, PT Tech
Simar was born and raised in Yuba City. She received her Bachelor's Degree from UC Irvine in Exercise Science and hopes to continue her education and begin a Doctor of Physical Therapy program in the near future. In her free time, Simar enjoys reading and going to the gym.
